When a bride and groom are planning their wedding, one of the first things they do is pick the people to be in their wedding party. They choose people who are either close family or close friends. It is a huge honor to be a part of the wedding party and we need to make sure we get some great images with them.

Lindsey and Cory had their wedding in July of 2017. The bride and her bridesmaids got ready (hair and makeup) at the Niagara Falls Country Club in Lewiston, NY. The ceremony was at St. Peter's RC Church. For the idle we went to Albright Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo. Then returned to the Niagara Falls Country Club for the reception.

Albright Knox/Delaware Park is one of the most popular photo locations for a wedding. On a prime season Saturday, there can be at least five to eight wedding parties. We try to go to areas where there aren't so many people or other weddings.

This image of Cory and his groomsmen was at the Albright Knox, but not where everyone has their photos taken. We decided to walk off to the side where nobody was and set up the guys. We had the groom take his jacket off to stand out from the rest of the groomsmen. Then Neal had them look off. He wanted a cool and manly pose. But not something forced. You can see some of the  guys have their hands in their pockets, some were adjusting their suit jackets. We really liked how different everyone looked here!

The sun was pretty harsh this time of day. We did have to use some lighting on their faces to fight the shadows being created by the sun. This image turned out so good!
