Bridal Portrait at Gallagher Pier

Bridal Portrait at Gallagher Pier

Jocelyn was such a gorgeous bride to photograph. Her wedding ceremony was at St. Joseph's Cathedral in downtown Buffalo. The reception was at The Columns Banquets in Elma. For portraits, we went with the wedding party to Gallagher Pier in Buffalo. The bride was so nervous in the morning and right before the ceremony. She really did not want to have so many people looking at her walking down the aisle. The Cathedral has a long aisle too. Once her and her groom said, "I Do" she was back to herself. Jocelyn is very outgoing and a lot of fun, as you can see from this image here.

This image happened while we were doing some portraits of the groom, Chris and his groomsmen. The bridesmaids were singing and dancing. All of a sudden the bride goes strolling in front of the guys holding her dress up like this. It was so funny. She looked like a peacock strutting her stuff. Neal changed his camera lens really quick to focus in on Jocelyn. Then she blew us a kiss! It was so cute! I was still shooting at a wider angle and captured the bride with all the guys behind her laughing. When photographing this couple, we are always in for a treat! We never know what silly things will happen.

This fun vibe continued the entire night when getting to the Columns. At some point, I think the bride's dress made it's appearance like this again on the dance floor!
