Alyssa and Marinos had a gorgeous engagement session at Knox Farm State Park. They had a winter wonderland! We started off the session with a little walk around the park. We headed toward the horse stables and long trails. It was so pretty. They both took our advice and dressed for the weather. They brought hats, gloves, and scarves to stay warm. Then we just had them take things on and off for photos! The Park looked so beautiful this day. We didn't want to stop photographing this couple.

The sun started to drop fast and we wanted to end the session along the tree lined road. There were not too many people left at Knox Farm, so it was great timing to set up some lights in the road. We knew there wasn't going to be any leaves on the trees, but we were so happy to see the branches covered with snow. We had a light snow starting to fall and wanted the lighting to really make it stand out.

Marinos was a big tall guy. We knew we could get playful with them. We had the groom-to-be pick up his bride-to-be. We had Alyssa kick that foot out just as Marinos was picking her up. We had already had the light behind them ready to go. We looked in camera and this image was gorgeous! We could not wait to get home and go through the rest of the photos! They definitely got their winter wonderland engagement session!

We could not wait for their wedding day! The ceremony and reception were both at Statler City in Buffalo. They had the ceremony up on the mezzanine. The reception followed in the Terrace Room. The bride and groom did have a rainy day for the wedding. We did most of the photos using the inside of the Statler. We did end up taking the newlyweds outside later during the reception. It was still raining but we ended the night with some amazing images!
