Christina's maternity session at Neal Urban Studio was amazing! She was expecting her first child and knew a lot of people who have had photos done with us. She wanted her maternity session to be enchanting, magical, but yet timeless. She had sent over some photos of her inspiration for the session. Neal Urban Photography looked at these and knew we could take these ideas to the next level. First it started with the outfits. We needed to make sure they would fit the style she was looking for. Mommy to be send over some photos of what she selected and they would be perfect.
This image was the last image Neal Urban Portraits took inside the studio. Christina really wanted a super dramatic image, feeling like she was floating in the sky. It was time to take out the fog machine! We needed it to look like she was in the clouds. Her robe was amazing for this style as well. Neal Urban Studio loved the color, puffy sleeves, and the train. Then to top it off, Christina put the crown back on. Neal Urban mentioned she looked like a goddess in her red dress and crown in a pervious post. Now, she still has that goddess vibe but more like "Queen"!
After crushing the last part of the maternity session inside Neal Urban Studio, we headed down to Bond Lake State Park. Originally Christina wanted most of her session outdoors. Mother Nature had other plans that week in Western NY. Her first session had to be rescheduled because of travel bans. Then trying to dig the cars and driveway out took even more time. By her session the following week, most areas were still not dug out or accessible. Bond Lake State Park had a small area plowed to park and little path to get Christins closer to the lake. After her maternity images were complete, Christina had Neal Urban Studio design a gorgeous custom photo box. It would contain her favorite images. They would all be loose matted prints. She would be able to frame each and hang them on her walls, give some away as gifts, or keep them in the box for display. So many options with a photo box!
